iPhone Activation Tips + Other stuff

Well, I got the long awaited iPhone, just in time for me to be notified by at&t that I had to wait up to 24 hours for it to activate. Aggrivating to say the least, but as much as at&t reps insisted it was a “volume” problem. I knew better. Shaun activated his at the […]

Apple Store Inventory System

You walk into the Apple store, and it’s a ridiculous display of order and cleanliness. Everything seems to be where it needs to be, and the employee’s have so much technology available to them to keep it that way.
When you checkout, it’s usually a relatively smooth process, everything is done on the computer.
So you just […]

FaceBook Developers Having Fun?

So yea, If I just broke up with my ex, I might be tempted to do the same thing…
For all you facebookers out there, head over to FaceBook and do a search for the other word used to call a Rooster. (”Cock”, for all you people sitting there pondering.)

A co-worker of mine recently switched to a brand new MacBook Pro from his old Windows box.
We do web development here, so naturally he had specific requirements for the software he used and how he worked. Being that I’ve been doing it for the past few years, I figured I’d help out and pass along […]

Web 2.0, Social Collaboration or Socialism?

You ever have one of those enlightening moments? You’ll be staring at the carton of milk in the morning trying to figure out if you really want Milk or OJ, and then it hits you, a mind blowing revelation? Well maybe not the Milk, but it could honestly be anything.
For me it was this morning […]

Where has all the intelligence gone?

If you’re an active internet user, you’ve probably run into the lack of intelligence that occurs here. When it comes to scouring any sort of news agency site or other form of informational display, and having to scan through ignorant and absurd comments, it’s hard not to sit back and sigh at the lack of […]

The “Big, Bad Government”

I’ve been reading around lately and I saw some controversy on this REAL ID stuff that the United States government is pushing. While I agree that it’s a bit ridiculous that the federal government is threatening to take away state rights if they don’t accept the ID, it reminds me a lot of the change […]

Quick Upload? You betcha!

I was sitting at my desk on Friday working on some design tweaks for one of my latest projects. I had to send some screenshots over to my co-worker who was sitting in the next room. Normally this would be a quick trip over to ImageShack where I would grab the file, upload it, then […]
