New Gmail Feature: Color Coded Labels!
“Gmail 2.0″ was slowly rolled out a few weeks ago.. and I hated it. I found it to be much slower at times, and other times completely unresponsive. When it worked, it was great, but it wasn’t often.
I logged in earlier today to see yet another update to Gmail. My labels didn’t look anything like they used to. Looks like Google is still rolling out features of Gmail 2.0. On a side note, since my account has been updated with the new label feature, it seems to work much better then it did previously.
I definitely like the ability to color code my emails. I know theres a few greasemonkey scripts out there that does this, but it’s a lot nicer to have this built in — especially for me, since I don’t use Firefox and most of the Gmail greasemonkey scripts didn’t work with Creammonkey on Safari.
